Day 1: Tangier – City tour – Chefchaouen

Welcome to Morocco and your first cultural experience.

Pickup at the airport or port in Tangier upon your arrival. We’ll welcome you to Morocco and begin with a panoramic tour of Tangier, a cosmopolitan city straddling Europe and Africa.

We’ll visit the city’s most important sites depending on the time available:

  • Old Medina
  • Grand Souk Square
  • Viewpoints overlooking the
  • Strait of Gibraltar
  • Brief introduction to Moroccan history and culture

Departure for Chefchaouen at noon in a private vehicle with a guide-driver in your language. The journey crosses the Rif Mountains, offering green landscapes and rural villages.

Arrival in the afternoon in Chefchaouen, Morocco’s famous blue city. Accompanied by our local guide, we will explore:

  • The medina and its blue alleyways
  • Quiet squares and photogenic spots
  • Local craft shops

Free time to enjoy the city’s relaxed atmosphere and take photos.

Dinner and overnight stay at a traditional riad in Chefchaouen.

Day 2: Chefchaouen–Volubilis–Meknes–Midelt

From Roman Heritage to the Imperial City.

After breakfast at the riad, depart for Volubilis, one of the most important Roman sites in North Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Guided tour of Volubilis, where you will discover:

  • Perfectly preserved Roman mosaics
  • Ancient villas, temples, and columns
  • The Roman history of Morocco

Continue to Meknes, an imperial city founded by Sultan Mulay Ismail. Visit:

  • Bab Mansour, Morocco’s largest and most monumental gate
  • Medina walls
  • El Hedim Square

Free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, depart for Midelt, crossing transitional landscapes between the green north and the arid south, with views of the Middle Atlas Mountains.

Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Midelt, a peaceful city nestled between the mountains.

Day 3: Midelt–Ziz Valley–Merzouga

From the Atlas to the Sahara Desert.

After breakfast, we begin one of the most spectacular days of the trip. We cross the Middle Atlas, passing through:

  • Errachidia Lake, hidden among the Atlas mountain peaks, creating a breathtaking landscape
  • Stops for photos and to connect with nature

We continue to the impressive Ziz Valley, one of the largest palm groves in Morocco, with panoramic views of oases, kasbahs, and rivers. Strategic stops allow you to fully enjoy the scenery.

In the afternoon, arrival in Merzouga, at the edge of the Erg Chebbi desert. Time to rest and prepare for the ultimate desert experience.

Dromedary ride across the dunes, traveling through a sea of golden sand as the sun slowly sets on the horizon. A magical and deeply emotional moment.

Arrival at the camp in the heart of the desert.
Dinner, music around the fire, conversations with local Berbers, laughter, and a unique night under one of the most star-filled skies in the world.

Day 4: Desert–Erfoud–Azrou–Cedar Forests–Ifrane–Fez

Sunrise in the Sahara and journey to the imperial city.

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the Sahara dunes, an unforgettable moment. Breakfast at the camp.

Departure to Fez, passing through:

  • Erfoud, known for its fossils and marble
  • Landscapes of the Middle Atlas
  • Azrou, a Berber town famous for its artisans and Barbary macaques in the cedar forests
  • Panoramic stops to rest

Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its European-style architecture, gardens, and cool climate.

Continue to Fez, the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco.
Arrival at night.

Dinner and accommodation in a traditional riad in Fez.

Day 5: Fez – Guided tour – Transfer to the airport

After breakfast, guided tour of Fez with a local guide in your language, exploring one of the oldest and most authentic medinas in the world:

  • Royal Palace (exterior)
  • Jewish Quarter (Mellah)
  • Borj Nord with panoramic views
  • Medina of Fez el-Bali
  • Traditional craft workshops
  • Traditional tannery
  • Attarine Madrasa
  • Bab Jelloud (main gate of the medina)

In the afternoon, transfer to Fez airport and end of this unforgettable journey through Morocco.
